      Pros

      The benefits are okay and equivalent to the market in the area. Exceptional vision (EyeMed) and dental (Cigna) plans that are free and cover more than just the basics. HRA plan that covers majority of your out-of-pocket expenses, but to a limit.

      Cons

      Health insurance (Cigna) is higher and not many in-network physicians. Shop floor environment can be a major risk for heat strokes in the summer season. For a food manufacturer, you would think the climate would be controlled for the workers and not just the fruit processing.

      Good Benefits, Good atmosphere, Flexible Schedule.

      Cons

      Long lead time on most parts. Need to change the structure for parts ordering and stocking.

      Pros

      Very clean plant, Great people and over all work environment. Strong work life balance and, great benefits. Extremely transparent in vision sharing, and try's to ensure information is passed down to all levels.

      Cons

      Forecast planning needs some work. Needs to have a little more realistic expectation of needed time line to complete projects.
