Pros

Salary is good, and medical is slighlty below market.

Cons

No work life balance. Leadership is a close, personal network of friends outside of work. Not skill based. High turn over. Executive leadership is ignoring the source at the top 2 VP's. One not engaged in the business, and the other trying the learn without the education and experience. Nothing worse than seeing VP reading the basics on front line leadership and trying tactics on you...

Working For Golden State Foods' Corporate Headquarters

Pros

Good working environment and benefits. Average compensation for your contributions.

Cons

This company will work you to death if you let them. It is important to set limits as to what you will and will not do for the company. There is a tendency to make your position overlap the duties of multiple positions.
