Pros

The drivers and transportation staff were very professional and friendly.

Cons

Stay away from GSF if you enjoy having weekends off. You will be forced to work Saturday and Sunday, otherwise, you’ll be written up by management. Terrible Management, Slave Wages, Poor Culture, Angry/Overworked Employees - Overall, this was an awful & disappointing company to work for.

Pros

Great company with good benefits and opportunities to do community service.

Cons

The management style of the CIO is utterly terrible and treats people with no respect , instills fear , negativity and doesn't trust anyone. GSF emphasizes on creed and values but it's neither followed or implemented in reality. It feels like a toxic workplace which starts at the top management who don't show appreciation, authenticity and trust towards their employees.
