Schedule, administration staff not sympathetic to employees, rude to employees, expected to drive in horrendous weather during road closures in a snow storm, supposed to be part time but put me on full time without my knowledge yet not even receiving full time benefits

ALWAYS understaffed! Nurses often end up working the floor due to being short on CNA's. Poor direction from management, during weekly meetings they emphasize how you should "take charge" of your CNA's/wings to make sure things are being done correctly as the resident level of care ultimately reflects back on you. However, when you try to do that, and call out the few CNA's who aren't doing their job, causing the others to be overworked, and resident care to be lax, then you get called out for upsetting the CNA's or being too "hard" on them.
