Pros

The pros to working here is the fun, energetic work environment. You get to be on your feet, move around and be social.

Cons

There are these "old-school" management and training methodologies being used that are really detrimental to growth and building of lasting relationships with current employees.

Pros

Fun people to work with. Managers (most of them) are as productive as they expect the crew members to be. Half price on all food, all drinks are free.

Cons

Open availability is not always possible, but they require it. Some managers do not work at all and just sit around playing on their phones. Do not expect any benefits from the company, you are just a slave that receives a paycheck. No benefits program at all for one year... every other company offers after 90 days! Constant and STUPID changes! New employees are advanced way too soon.
