Pros
I have had an incredible experience working at GoodRx. I was initially drawn to the company's mission, to help provide accessible and affordable healthcare for all Americans. The employees are all committed to making this positive change in the world, which has helped forge a welcoming and friendly culture and a collection of some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of working with. It is easy to feel connected to the company mission, and that you are personally contributing to the betterment of our healthcare system. Company leadership is extremely committed to transparency and honesty with employees, which has continued as the company has rapidly grown . Across the organization, GoodRx is filled with intelligent, friendly and helpful people that truly want to see each other and our company succeed - and work hard to do so. Collaboration is common between teams, which allows employees to meet new people and work on new projects. This should be even easier as we move into our new headquarters and are all in the same space.
Prior to the temporary transition to work from home, lunch was catered three days a week, and there were plenty of snacks in the amazing office Santa Monica office. People from across the company gather for Happy Hours, game & trivia nights, movie nights, book club or to join a Kickball league. As we transitioned to work from home, all employees received snack boxes and credit for food delivery to help ease the transition. Every employee helps create the "family" environment that makes GoodRx so unique, and I really feel the leadership and management team has our back.
Cons
No real Cons - the company is rapidly growing which is often accompanied by process or structure changes; all in an effort to try and constantly improve.
