      Pros

      Company is super mission-driven and strives to do the right thing for our customers and employees. That’s my #1, My team is tight-knit, and I love the support I get from them. I feel like my boss/leadership in general has my back. When I collaborate with other teams, they are smart and capable and open to ideas. The CEOs are very transparent with us about what the Board is discussing, where the company is going. Even with healthcare policy being a question mark at times, I see us diversifying our offerings; I have confidence there’s a place for GoodRx even in a M4A world. Lots of food, snacks, coffee, happy hours :) All optional but a nice benefit and makes coming to the office fun.

      Cons

      Workload ebbs and flows, I find about 1 out of every 4 weeks are long hours. But generally a decent work-life balance.

      Pros

      GoodRx is not perfect but the people here are what makes working here so great. Been here for a year now and it seems like everyone generally cares for your well-being. The company has a lot of potential. There is definitely room for career growth here as well.

      Cons

      A pattern I've seen here at GoodRx that needs improvement is teams and visions needs to be a little bit more aligned. Features sometimes feel rushed without any real direction and just hope that it all works out. Also Santa Monica location is unfortunately one of the busier areas around LA and the traffic can be nasty at times.

      Pros

      Goodrx as a product has saved people a lot of money, and Goodrx as company has created a work environment where employees actually get along . You're surrounded by people who are good natured, intelligent, and capable. When you work on projects, you're able to align work being done with departmental and company wide objectives.

      Cons

      Sometimes departments do not talk to each other, which can sometimes make projects a little difficult; however, I think this is improving as teams create partnerships.
