Culture - such a supportive enviorment, positive, inclusive, nurturing Work/Life Balance - being 100% remote is a dream come true. As a recruiting partner, you have full control of your schedule! As long as you hit your sales goals, you can work whenever! (Traditional 9-5 business hours are still best times to conduct business) Unlimited Income - You can work as much as you want! Many of our partners have incredibly high sales, which means high income

Cons

Working from home is not for everyone! If you are you used to being around a lot of people and relying on the social aspect of a job to motivate you, you may have an adjustment period. Personally, I have always worked better on my own and enjoy being able to concentrate without distractions at home. You have to be a self starter and keep your own motivation going. Sales are also not for everyone. If you work hard and understand what you're doing, success will come. You have to stay laser focused on the job at hand and you will be successful!
