I really appreciate you taking the time to share this and for your thoughtful perspective. You described the balance well. We’ve tried to build something that gives people the ability to run their own desk and create their own success, while still having a team around them when they need us. That mix of independence and support isn’t always traditional, but it’s very intentional. Glad you called out the tools and infrastructure piece as well. Removing those barriers so people can focus on billing and building their business is a big part of what we’re trying to do. And you are correct when you say that it’s not for everyone. The flexibility and autonomy are a huge advantage for the right person, but it does require ownership and initiative. Appreciate you being part of what we’re building.
