      I love the work flow and ability to truly make a positive impact in someone's life by helping them find the right fit for a job. The team is very supportive and helpful.

      Starting out is very difficult. It takes a while to get your business off the ground.

      Most Scary and Best Move I Ever Made

      Pros

      Personal flexibility, great relationships, work from home and in my surrounding community, work from anywhere and still appear to be in my community, a team that invests in me probably more than I invest in them

      Cons

      It can be scary because I "I eat what I kill" being 100% commission. This role taught me to budget, save, and invest wisely in my time, my business, my community, and my people. I did not really know how to do this when I first started, and I made lots of mistakes. Sometimes the mistakes seemed catastrophic until I talked with someone and they said, "I did that too". The role can be isolating so you need to find community. You need to find the partners and the clients you want to work with.
