Pros

- Excellent team culture! - Fully remote environment - Build your own schedule (weekday, daytime hours make the most sense for the business though) - Ability to create your own success - Uncapped earning potential - Multiple opportunities for career growth

Cons

- Because a fully remote culture, can sometimes feel isolating if you allow it to, but this is quickly remedied if you choose to actively engage with the team. There is a lot of support! You just have to leverage it. - It can be hard to transition to a fully commission-based position if you have never been in one. This was the case for me when I joined initially as a Recruiting Partner. However, the training and support as you launch your recruiting business is exceptional. It is absolutely possible to build a successful, sustainable business. It is key to be in the right season, personally and professionally, and frame of mind when taking this role on.

The leadership seem to want to help you grow. 2 weeks of training

Cons

Old school but they are working on that. Commission based only Not enough opportunities Very stuck in their ways Growth opportunities are very few

In fact, the 7/7 training class launched the first 3-week version of the program followed by 4 weeks of dedicated support by working with your training class with a Recruiting Partner Mentor. So we are now offering 3x the time to learn the business and launch successfully. More evolution to come, and hopefully you can build your business to a point that you could grow into the Recruiting Partner Mentor role or even into the Area Director and Senior Area Director track.
