      Pros

      Goodwin gave me the knowledge and skills to build my own thriving business. They also provide an excellent support team and a sense of community despite it being 100% remote. The ongoing training is extremely helpful if one participates in the optional training.

      Cons

      You're working for yourself and must be accountable to yourself. This can be a steep hurdle for some people who prefer to go to work. If distractions around the house take over, it's very hard to build your business.

      Pros

      Goodwin really does their best to make each and every recruiter successful. The coaching and mentorship is the best! The training both initially and ongoing, gives you everything you need to ramp up.

      Cons

      There is no downside as long as you do your work.
