Good but run like corporate

Pros

Sometimes they provide inbound leads which definitely helps! Great coaching - always there if we need help.

Cons

It's run like a corporation meaning there is a strong push on recruiters to perform and they hit hard on metrics. It's odd because recruiters are 1099 partners and not w2 employees. The company benefits from the placements made by the 1099s. Some seasoned recruiters can get away with shady things if they have big sales.

Thank you for your partnership and so happy to hear that the coaching and leads that we provide have been beneficial to your business. We are sorry to hear there is a concern to perform but any company of any kind expects performance, and our clients, candidates and fellow partners count on us to perform as well. We spend a tremendous amount of money to support all our business partners, so if our business partners don't bring in sales, we would have no money to support their businesses which would force us to cut our costs and/ or we would go out of business. No business is in business to lose money. Being a 1099 doesn't exclude the need to make sales and in fact in most cases 1099 are held to a higher level of results when it comes to sales as that is the essence of the business partnership. Why would we partner with someone to just provide them tools and resources without sales? I hope you or any of our partners didn't join the team with the desire to not make money. We would love to speak to you live and to understand your goals and make sure we are aligned in our efforts to support our clients, candidates and fellow partners at an extremely high level. Regarding your comments on senior recruiters, if there is a concern, please speak to us directly, so we can look into and address the situation. Our extensive support team takes great pride in looking into any concerns and committed to consistency regardless of a partner's sales, tenure or any other factors.
