Make my own schedule. Unlimited earning potential. Work from home.

Cons

Start up is hard. You do not get paid until you sell and that can take a couple of months.

Best move for my family and in my career

Pros

They give you the tools, support and training but you are running your own business. Great culture, and awesome senior leadership. I can work remotely at any time so the flexibility has been great. This position has been very successful for me but also allows me to be with my family when I need to.

Cons

You have to be self-motivated and be ready to run your own business which is not for everyone.
