I decided to pivot my career and step into recruiting & Goodwin Recruiting has allowed me to continue to build upon my career while also having the flexibility in my schedule to take care of my children & familys needs as they arise. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience with an excellent support team that truly helps you to build a very successful & lucrative recruiting career, if you work hard.

Cons

The ramp-up period can be challenging. You have to work extremely hard, especially when first starting to ramp up your business but if you work hard & persist, your business can flourish rather quickly (within 3-6 months) in my opinion. It's also the type of business where you can set your own hours but the work never stops, you could work as much as you want which can be a good & a bad thing. You need to set your own boundaries for work/life balance.

Goodwin Recruiting has offered to me the ability to start my own turn-key business with no franchise fees associated. I have the freedom and flexibility to create my own success while having the Goodwin brand and the Goodwin resources to support and promote my business. The brand is strong and the core values in which the organization operates are visible in each and every individual. You won't find an agency recruiting opportunity that can compete with Goodwin.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for individuals that are looking for something part-time or something to supplement their current income. It is a full-time business that takes grit and tenacity to be successful. Goodwin Recruiting has minimum standards that one must meet in order to retain the partnership.
