Goodwin encourages a work/life balance for the entire team. As a recruiting partner, you set your own schedule, hours, etc. and determine what works best for you. One of Goodwin's core values is "Creator of your own success". While this company provides all the tools and resources to be very successful working 40-45 hours a week, you also have unlimited earning potential, so if you do choose to work a longer week, you will not regret it! The company culture is amazing here. Goodwin preaches AND lives a great company culture daily. Finally, the training is world-class. Goodwin and their training team ensure you are setup for success after the two week training period. I have been with the company just a few months now and am excited to progress in my career with Goodwin.
