As independent contractors, our recruiting partners can leverage their networks in any way they choose, so their choice to work in particular groups could be viewed another way. That being said, we strive for inclusivity at every level and encourage partners to join our voluntary DEI Council to broaden their reach both internally and externally. Our partners control their business, their daily schedule, and their income, but we do have best practices and standards that are aimed at helping everyone by keeping the Goodwin brand name strong.
