      Set your own vision for your business. Live in control of your life. Be yourself. Hundreds of successful offices and no two are alike. Personal and Professional Growth. A culture of collaborative success. Balance and Control. There is room for life and the work is rewarding. It isn't a job, it's a business. The business you are building is your own!

      Cons

      The truth is that it is work. Hard work. Not for everyone. Not a con, really. But the drive to succeed must come from within.

      Pros

      I have been with Goodwin for over 4 years and the first thing that jumped out was the Integrity of the leadership team. It is not just a statement that we lead with integrity, it is lived daily! The support and tools available to be successful in this business are at a high level. We have built a team in what is really an every person for themselves type of business. I know I am a bit biased, but feel Goodwin has done this the right way and based on our Forbes rating, I am not alone! Proud

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but if anyone thinks this is easy, it is not! I will follow that with, if you put the necessary effort in and follow the training(which is great) it is very rewarding both personally and professionally
