When you join Goodwin Recruiting you are joining a family of supportive recruiters that offers a warm, collaborative teams that supports a very cohesive "shared" business mentality. They hire great people and turn them into great recruiters. Recruiting can be a very "cut throat" business. It's not like that at Goodwin Recrtuiting.

Cons

The company is growing so quickly that the turnover seems to be increasing greatly.

The increased growth gives the illusion of greater turnover, but when measured in percentages, we are proud of our 67% retention rate which is more than double the industry average. The ability to create your own schedule, be present for familyN/A, and still be successful is amazing. We are a company that is passionate about teamwork and stand strongly behind our values. If you need anything at any time there is always someone willing to reach out and offer support and guidance.

Cons

If you are someone that needs accountability this may not be for you. You need to be disciplined. If you are self-motivated and driven there are no cons
