Pros

I so enjoy what I do! I get to work with people that are Hospitality Professionals, I get to help people find their next career opportunity and I get to do it from my Home where I get to set my hours! It was a very long time since I went to bed at night and couldn't wait to wake up and get working... I have that now!

Cons

This isn't a 9 to 5 job. you have to be willing to take a call, answer an email or send a text when needed.

This is a company that is truly invested in the success of everyone on their team.

Cons

No real cons but you must be able to be self-accountable and drive your own work ethic. Goodwin provides all the tools and structure, just follow their template.

Even though it is a place for sales-minded professionals, teamwork is highly encouraged! Everyone is extremely supportive and will answer any question you have. They offer great training and a flexible schedule.

Cons

If you are not a highly organized self-starter this job might pose as problematic for you. They are very upfront about the "ramp up" period and how it might affect you as you build the business.
