Great communication; fantast training to get started, follow up after training well done. Team environment.

Cons

Work environment calls for a lot of sitting - I wasn't used to this after previous roles in operations

We absolutely love our team, thanks for being part of it! I do recommend getting up every 30 minutes or so and stretch those legs. You aren't running around anymore putting out fires. :)

Excellent quality of life. You have control over your own schedule and your own earnings potential. The more you put into it- the more you will earn! An excellent culture of teamwork and support. Great training start-up and ongoing training opportunities. Excellent communication and leadership from the top down.

Cons

You are accountable to your own earnings. If you are not someone that can hold one's self-accountable, this job may not be a good fit.

Cons

Working from home is great until you don't leave the house for 4 days! :)
