NO STRUCTURE AT ALL! from the beginning to the end of this job, no real structure. Constantly changing things, poor training( we got on the phone after 2 weeks!) every manager is pretty decent until you have on who doesn’t have a fcking life so they come in everyday to make a job that is simple seem hard.
