If you are looking for a company that will wholeheartedly invest in you, believe in you, and give you ALL of the tools you need for success, then Goosehead Insurance is where you need to be. Working for Goosehead has instilled a tremendous amount of growth in me and challenged me to be a better version of myself every day. Tons of leadership opportunities, rewards/promotions based on hard work rather than tenure, mentors that truly care about your growth and success within the company, NO PAY CAP, I repeat, NO PAY CAP as an Account Executive, weekly incentives, cash bonuses, a fun yet professional office environment... I could go on and on. I am 100% in love with this company and opportunity that comes with it.

Cons

Not going to lie. This job is a LOT of hard work. Long hours and blood/sweat/tears for the first few years as you get your feet wet. However, it doesn't take long to start seeing your diligence pay off (literally... $$$), and Goosehead's business model definitely rewards those who are willing to put in the effort.

Goosehead is a phenomenal company to work for. If you are willing to put in the effort, the growth opportunities are exponential. Management is on your side and truly wants to see you succeed. This is a great place for someone to start out or continue their career in.

Cons

The interview process was extremely challenging but also rewarding.
