Very young & fun atmosphere. Definitely still growing.

Cons

When I was there a lot of employees didn't feel "heard" by management.

Pros

Corporate atmosphere seemed focused on sells/production. Leadership does provide an extensive training program to prepare both agency and corporate reps for success.

Cons

For agency reps, the commission structure is not clearly defined and it's difficult to calculate what you get paid from check to check.

You can write your own paycheck. Instead of being stuck on a salary which most people want, you make what you put into this job.

Cons

Not for everyone. You have to be mentally tough for the first few years then the money will start to roll in.
