I get to work from for an awesome agent principal

Cons

I fon't wokr in the call center. Goosehead will hold your commissions, including agency fees, if there are any outstanding signatures for apps, As an agent we pay Goosehead 20 percent for service. But i find myself having to take care of my own service issues. I have 3 big mortgage accounts that are very demanding and fast paced. We don't have time to chase down signatures.

Pros

Ridiculously heavy investment in human capital. The CEO literally used to say "My biggest investment is in human capital because you are worth it." I have immense respect for the CEO. Even though I relocated and staying with this company didn't work out for me, this company catapulted me in my professional life in every way. The key words that come to mind are integrity, investment, transparency, capital, value, hard work...etc. They give you every opportunity to develop professionally and push you to excel and they hold you accountable.

I really don't have any.
