Uncapped earning potential, great culture, performance based comp and promotions, industry leading company, challenging work, great long term growth opportunities, high integrity leadership team, and constantly changing and improving.

Cons

Not cons, but full disclosure: be prepared to work hard, and outside of normal business hours if needed. Sales roles can be emotionally taxing. Make sure you are cut out for it if you're applying to a sales position.

Thank you for the feedback. Like any sales organization, part of our sales process is done over the phone. However, our Account Executives are encouraged to get out in the community at least 3 times a week to build a professional network and generate leads. In-person contact is a key component of the sales process and we would never expect our Account Executives to rely solely on phone calls to drive business.
