Pros
Everyone says the biggest pro is the people, and they are right! I've met so many amazing people and had the chance to learn so much from them - something I did not have at any of my previous companies. I really appreciate all of the information I've learned about finances in general through helping people with their insurance.
Cons
To learn a lot, it means you have to put in the time - which means long hours. My goal when joining Goosehead was to learn as much as possible and put in the time so I can see the rewards now and especially later by building a career.
