The culture is unbelievable - it's nice to genuinely want to come to work to get to see all of these people who have the same level of drive and commitment to success. The work is also rewarding - we get to educate the public about such a little understood important financial product.

Cons

This is not a place to come and coast or look for a slow-paced position. You have to put in the work and perfect your craft.

The environment fosters growth at all times. From the start of the work day to the end, the energy around the office is contagious. The Executive Team stands firm on the company's Operating Principles.

Cons

Any con is simply an opportunity to improve. We are constantly busy and that's a sign of a growing business. This coupled with the type of talent Goosehead retains keeps everyone's mindset focused, determined, and enjoying their association with their colleagues The learning curve is steep; however, there are many resources to keep an individual on track.

The culture at Goosehead is next to none. Everything moves really paced and changes are implemented quickly. Everyone pushes you to do your best and gives you the resources to do so. The company is filled with young, fun go getters.

Cons

It is really hard work so you have to be prepared to put in the hours and effort.
