Pros
Goosehead is a young company that is growing at a tremendous rate. I've been with the company for over a year now and the amount of change I've seen in a relatively short period of time for a business is remarkable. In many large companies, you can have a great idea that will go unheard or will be immediately shutdown, but with Goosehead leadership will genuinely consider it and often times have you implement it. I love being able to be part of change and give genuine feedback. The leadership opportunities are numerous and will only continue to grow. The company has recently started developing programs to invest in young leaders. Integrity and hard work are definitely at the back bone of this company and can be seen leadership. What I like most about the company is the determination, integrity, culture, and opportunity.
Cons
Every role in this company requires hard work and effort. Changes are implemented quickly, which I think is a strength, but it does mean you must be able to adapt.
