Pros

You'll love the people you work with and the community of the company. The employee benefits are also great with unlimited PTO, free vision and dental, work from home stipends, etc.

Cons

Depending on the department you're working in their is either fast or slow growth in your role. You'll still learn and expand your professional knowledge, but if you're interested in promotions or title changes, you may need to wait for the company to grow naturally or for someone to move on.
