Pros

Small company with a lot to learn. Constantly changing and exciting mission.

Cons

People come and go a lot. Finance team basically runs the place and doesn’t give other teams much say.

Pros

You get discounts on almost anything through Ecommerce store, We have an app for Shopify and you get discounts on all those shopify stores ( over 1k stores at the moment). The teams are great and very well defined. We have just scratched the surfact of what the company can do - moving into other forms of technologies (i.e. shopify app). WFH / Hybrid working thanks to Covid. You are free to move up the ladder + Learn what you are truly interested in. The senior execs have open door policies and are always willing to work with you. Its a big family.

Cons

Healthcare + 401K can be a bit better.
