First and foremost, we take every allegation of abuse or neglect seriously. As a current employee, we are all mandated reporters and have the obligation and responsibility to report abuse. Please reach out to communications@grafton.org with any information you have regarding this. This information can be shared anonymously. Grafton also works tirelessly to ensure we are providing employees with the best benefits available on the market. During times of rising healthcare costs, this is difficult, but we know the value of offering the best coverage we possibly can for our employees. We do still offer Short Term Disability to our employees. In fact, the only change has been that previously employees would not be eligible until after one year of employment.
