Nerve racking lack of communication between upper management and regular employees. You don't know where you are going to work or if you will have a job because of arbitrary cuts taking place by their holding company. Avoid! Low salaries compared to market.

The only reason Graham even got one star was because I had to click one to write the review.

Cons

Terrible people management. No regard for their human assets or morale. Poor future planning and no plans for innovation to keep the company in the game with customers. Too focused on making numbers look good and personal agendas of senior leaders and not on fostering a successful business model.
