Pros

Pay rate and benefits are good.

Cons

Management is favoritism to employees and they don't go by the hand book, when placing employee by seniority.

Pros

Clean, temperature controlled competitive salary, safety oriented, in charge of your own line, usually not very physical, free safety shoes every year.

Cons

12 hour shifts, never know of overtime from week to week, three breaks, open most holidays, very little chance of advancement, low moral, boring unfulfilling job. Miss out on a lot of family time.

Pros

Good pay, and rotating schedule that gives a good amount of time off. Decent benefits although they could be better.

Cons

Management holds individuals responsible to standards that they don't meet. The company thinks that operating lean means everyone doing three different jobs.
