Micromanagement. Mgt does not know how to communicate with employees at all. Rely on temporary workers too much nor do they train the temps how to do their job. You have no outside life when working here. They will work you to death during the summer ( very hot building in the summer), during fall and winter you get no over time even if they call you into work early, you are sent home early. Back stabbing from the front office to production floor. I know back stabbing goes on at every job but this place is the worst I ever worked at. This plant at the time I was employed went three years without a lost time accident and the employees was rewarded with a hotdog and hamburger cook out! With a sign posted on the table only 1 hamburger and 1 hotdog to each person! If you don't have any health problems when you start work, you will after one year on the job.

Don't respect seniority , play favorites, bad management, too much work for low pay ,best thing in my life is leaving better opportunity else where.
