Pros

Nice community and great charitable CEO who is very down to earth and caring towards his employees. Fine culture for young people preparing to make the next step in their career. Rob Hale has pros and cons. Pros: Nice, charitable, humble, kind, inclusive.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Difficult in the sense there is no structure, however this can work to your advantage when building skills for the future if you can leverage tools like Microsoft Excel and others. Senior management needs to understand the data the analysts are using and be more approachable. Cons of Rob Hale: Cannot pronounce foreign names to save his life, not sure if he knows how to use Microsoft excel or SQL, more highly valued Sales representatives as opposed to back end employees.

Pros

If you work in sales or upper management or rake in money somehow chances are you'll have a good time. If you aren't and only staying a year or two you might get out unscathed

Cons

If you are literally anyone else you're going to get screwed over. Recognition and compensation are slow to come while excess work and overhauls fly around like it's the money you aren't getting. Policy changes happen on a whim according to people who have little to no idea how their departments work. The upper tiers reap all of the benefits of all the work that we have to do to protect them cutting corners to get their bonuses.
