      Good pay for the industry

      Cons

      They expect you to throw your personal life out the window. Your entire life needs to be dedicated to the company. They say you’re off on a holiday, and then throw mandatory overtime on that holiday You get no sick days, only vacation days, and they’re not transparent on how many days you get Terrible employee retention just based on what older workers have said.

      Pros

      The company has great benefits and an excellent office environment with newly remodeled office spaces plus amenities like a gym and cafe.

      Cons

      The company is very lean, and many employees are asked to perform multiple roles in all Departments which means you will be constantly following up with others so that you can complete your work which is burdensome. They use many vendors and contractors which means that you will constantly have to work with new folks.
