Business Outlook
Pros
Work life balance. Overall strong local NC team. Benefits are inline with industry. Employee stock purchase plan. Match 4.5% on first 6% of 401k + a discretionary additional match by the company each year.
Cons
Unrealistic goals and performance objectives. Generally raises are capped at 3-5%. Like much of the industry, “slow to change, stuck in their ways”. Values shareholder return above all else. Can be a bit of a culture change for some in the industry who come from mutual companies, etc.
