Bi weekly pay Kids are better behaved than Isd’s

teachers are unqualified and inexperienced. zero classroom management because they are too busy pushing virtue and goodness yet a teacher assaulted a student by pulling her hair. Administration is extremely under qualified with no certifications like you would find at a regular isd. They play favorites for everything and the favorites are typically white ! They think nobody notices but people talk about it and so do the employees. I suppose it’s an ok place to start if you are not certified as a teacher , but there is a lot of work with minimal pay. They are never clear about the hours and will get teachers and staff on campus to do other duties with no warning. It’s a make believe school pretending to be a real school. They also recently removed a teacher from the lower school for vaping inside the classroom. These are the kinds of teachers they have working here.
