Thank you for your feedback. We believe the best learning environments for our students includes having a staff, parent community, and student body that works together. Our compensation package has been an area that we have been working to improve. Great Hearts does provide excellent benefits (medical, dental, etc.), with employee premiums that are significantly below the national and regional averages. As of the 2024-2025 school year, we have increased the salaries of our current and new teachers.

Great Hearts provides excellent benefits (medical, dental, etc.), with employee premiums that are significantly below the national and regional averages. As of the 2024-2025 school year, we have increased the salaries of our current and new teachers.
