Pros

Company values sound great in hindsight.

Cons

Admin talks down to staff at times. Poor communication throughout the school. There’s too much work and little time throughout the day to complete it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We value constructive feedback and will take this information into consideration. We acknowledge that there are always areas of improvement for Great Hearts, including leadership concerns and communication issues. As a network committed to human flourishing, we address individual concerns at each of the schools in a way that is fair and equitable to all involved. Finding balance in a work environment is a collective effort on the part of administration and the employees, and that partnership is not always aligned at times. We appreciate your input on this issue, and we have in recent years made it our goal to eliminate the non-essential burdens on teachers.
