Trivium Prep has created a culture that makes working here a joy. There is a perfect balance of structure and autonomy, rigor and gravitas, learning and love. I truly enjoy my job and the scholars I have the pleasure of working with.

Cons

I don't love wearing business attire every day, but it's a small inconvenience for me.

Really nice people: awesome students and great coworkers. Very supportive and caring admin team: Headmasters, Assistant Headmasters, Department Chair and Deans, always willing to listen and provide wise and helpful input. Fun, friendly, and positive work environment in general. Very nice families also.

Cons

The seminars we had were mostly based on literary readings, and although they were always wonderfully lead, I did not feel they helped me advance as a teacher; pedagogy-related PDs and discussions on best practices would have been a lot more helpful, at least for me.
