Thank you for your feedback. The best schools involve listening to our faculty and staff to create the best learning environments for our students. Our compensation package has been an area that we have been working to improve. Great Hearts does provide excellent benefits (medical, dental, etc.), with employee premiums that are significantly below the national and regional averages. As of the 2024-2025 school year, we have increased the salaries of our current and new teachers.

I love working at Great Hearts for many reasons. The curriculum is complete and engaging. Knowing you are empowering children to learn and think is a wonderful feeling. My administration is kind, supportive and accessible. There is ongoing training and time to work with your team. The insurance is good. I love everything about it.

Cons

If I have to come up with a “con”, it would be the pay.
