We know there are areas of improvement and are working on these areas. While we acknowledge that the culture of each academy may vary slightly, it is our goal to bring alignment and clarity to all academies around the mission to pursue truth, goodness, and beauty. Those pillars demand that our teachers and staff model virtuous excellence, but in any human endeavor, we fall short of those expectations and the work is hard at times. we address individual concerns at each of the schools in a way that is fair and equitable to our students, teachers, and staff. We desire a positive and safe working environment for all our children to learn, grow, and mature with truth, beauty and goodness as the pillars of their formation.
