Pros

This is a leading global manufacturing firm based out of Michigan with a small town presence in Montgomery County, NC. The leadership is hands on and they value their employees.

Cons

It is a small town (con) but Asheboro is not far away and the commute is short. There are not many places close by to run out to grab lunch but otherwise it is a great company.

Pros

Easy work if you pay attention to detail and don't mind getting wet. Weekly pay. They do have health benefits.

Cons

Very poor pay for work performed. Health benefits are high for your out of pocket deductible. Must work Saturdays and Sunday when management tells you. As I said you MUST! Upper management have no consideration for the lower workers other obligations to their families and home life.

friendly management pay is good work is rewarding. It is a short distance drive from my home. They also have good benefits like holidays , insurance, vacation etc.

Cons

The work is hard physical labor in a very dirty environment. You have to be able to get your hands dirty and not be afraird to work.
