Collaborative environment, we all understand the WHY, happy employees, satisfied members, and a welcoming environment for all. Also - pay is AMAZING!

Cons

I wish we had more marketing to promote the organization at a higher scale - other than that, everything is perfect!

Pros

Very transparent organization, especially in upper management - what you see really is what you get. GreenState expects a lot from their employees and the compensation package handsomely rewards those that work hard. If you are looking for a career without boundaries, I highly suggest GreenState Credit Union.

Cons

Not a con per say but if you don’t want to work hard and give your best each day, this organization isn’t for you. There is no room for complainers, whiners or anyone that isn’t giving 100%.
