      Flexible schedule. Good benefits. Quality co workers. Many internal opportunities. Cafeteria in the financial center. Fitness center. Gives back to the community.

      Cons

      Lots of growth is good but also means loss of the supposed "family feel" they once preached. People are becoming more numbers rather than individuals.
