      Pros

      If you're a natural salesperson, outgoing, and are competitive with a good work ethic you might like it here.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure to cold call for sales goals. Consistent understaffing, called "working lean" by management. It's every person for themselves at GreenState; not a team building atmosphere. Also, there's an unspoken bias against senior (older) staff members.

      Pros

      They pay well for bonuses but this creates a horrid work environment. They literally thrive on hiring car salesmen because they know they’re used to the intense sales environment.

      Cons

      Literally everything. They claim there’s an endless vacation bank when you’re lucky to get one week a year. They only care about sales.
