Cons

Very catty, managers target you to get in trouble, jealousy, back stabbing, no one is your friend here. Make sure you have a degree or you’re in a click here if you want to move up.

Pros

BOGC has an amazing family culture and provides lots of growth and training opportunities. Very friendly colleagues, and it starts at the top. Everyone is treated with respect.

Cons

As a smaller organization, the bank does not have remote working capabilities.

Profit sharing, 401k, benefits, health insurance, building customer service skills, having one-on-one relationships with customers. Interesting when finding fraudulent checks, counterfeit bills.

Cons

Very hard to move up unless you have a degree. Doesn't matter how many years of experience you have under your belt (working there, first time as a teller).
