Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Greenheck, and your 15 years of hard work as an employee with us. We are proud to say we have a great safety record, and make it a top priority to keep our employees safe. I'm sorry to hear about the way you were treated when you were going through a life changing situation. I would like to hear more specifics so we can improve the way we treat employees going forward. I would also like to hear more feedback around why else you wouldn't recommend Greenheck as a place to work. If you would be willing to share more, please email me at HRRec@greenheck.com. Pros

Greenheck invests in their employees such as company outings, education, and benefits. Hours are flexible within reason and the people are extremely easy to work with.

Cons

I personally did not see a whole lot of excitement building fans.

Pros

Compensation is about average for the position but the vacation/PTO plan is not very competitive. Having a gym on campus is a nice perk. Production positions are not very demanding and overtime is not forced.

Cons

Select salaried personnel are allowed to consistently leave early/come in late for their shifts resulting in poor/no coverage for their shifts and when this is questioned the company/HR states it wants to be flexible as it strives to be an employer of choice. This absenteeism results in a degraded awareness of developments in the shop as well as work being pushed to off shift personnel. Anyone who gets hired to an off shift will likely be there for years as the company often does not post positions when people move. More often than not people are selected for positions which does not offer others the opportunity to apply/interview. There are open positions in the company people can apply for but there is no effort given to develop people in the company, if you want to advance in this company you will have to do all the work on your own. The company does not offer any incentive for any salaried off shift personnel.
